Staff here are super helpful, the room is well-organized and has a stylish neo-classical vibe with a good amount of closet space. the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is really peaceful. 🌟

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, just close enough to the city's major attractions, the hotel offers convenience for sightseeing. Guests have praised the luxurious and impeccably clean prestige rooms, with beautiful interior design that makes one feel at home. The attentive and helpful staff, including the concierge, ensures a pleasant experience throughout the stay. The breakfast at La Terranza is delicious, and the views from the upper floors are breathtaking. The hotel also boasts a rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy elegant cocktails and live music.

The spa area is relatively small compared to other five-star hotels, limiting the grandeur and luxury of the experience.

Very beautiful hotel, modern rooms, and the white and sparkling marble in the bathroom impressed us especially. Very soft and large beds. Delicious and varied breakfast. The hotel is close to the shops on the one hand, on the other in a fairly quiet street.

The staff were polite and exceptional and know their duties. The service we got was amazing! The location was exceptional, just 5 minutes walk from an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain.

I was not greeted with birthday. In all hotels of the world they sent a compliment to the birthday boy/girl's room. Slippers were not changed for 4 days.

The location is excellent and the room quite good. Also the restaurant is wonderful but quite expensive.

Even we asked for a table by the window in our reservation for the restaurant, nobody tell us that wasn't possible and so we couldn't get it when we arrive.

Cleanliness, luxury, cosy and comfortable room, location

Comfortable stay in a classic queen room with a wake-up service included. I liked that there was central heating, a safe, and a TV with lots of channels. 📺

We had a wonderful anniversary stay at Hotel Eden. The location was perfect for exploring all the attractions on foot. The staff were attentive and professional, even surprising us with a special treat. The food was high-quality and the views from the restaurant were breathtaking. The recently renovated hotel had a boutique feel with attention to detail, and the spa offered a range of treatments. This will definitely be our go-to hotel in Europe.

Our room was gorgeous with exemplary services and excellent views. The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was early. No worries about free Wi-Fi throughout the property. It worked quickly: )
